Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Voizz (the “Service”), provided by ONEQLIQ PORTAL, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. The Service

Voizz converts voice, text, images and scans into structured reports and contacts using automated speech recognition and AI models. Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it, sharing it or submitting it to third parties.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Team leaders may invite members, share templates and review submitted reports. Members control which reports they submit.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service or create security risks.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the Service. You warrant that you have the right to record and store the content, including any personal data of customers and contacts, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law, including UAE laws on recording of conversations.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to record people without lawful basis, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse-engineer the Service, overload our systems, or resell the Service without a written agreement.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content or behaviour — including harassment, hate, threats, sexual content or spam — in anything you share with other users (team names, invitation messages, comments on reports, shared templates). You can report any such content or person from inside the app (Report) and block people so they can no longer invite you (Block). We review reports within 24 hours, remove offending content and suspend or remove the accounts responsible.

5. Plans, trials and payment

• Free plans are subject to usage limits that we may change with notice in the app.
• Paid plans are billed in advance per user per month (or year). Fees are exclusive of UAE VAT unless stated. Trials convert to paid only if you add a payment method.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where practical. Support is provided by email on business days.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, templates and trademarks, is owned by ONEQLIQ PORTAL and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any rights in the Service to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, AI processing and authentication. Their availability and terms may affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you are on a free plan.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms, including claims by persons whose data you recorded.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate these Terms for material breach with notice. On termination your content is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
