Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ONEQLIQ PORTAL (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses and protects personal data when you use Voizz (the “Service”) via our website and apps. We are the data controller for account data and a data processor for the content you record in your reports and contacts.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, company, position, phone number, location and language preferences you enter in your profile, and your Google account identifiers if you sign in with Google.
• Content — voice recordings, transcripts, images, files, report fields, summaries, action items and contact details you create. Contacts may contain personal data of third parties; you are responsible for having a lawful basis to record them.
• Usage data — device and browser information, approximate location if you allow it, pages visited, feature usage, timestamps and error logs.
• Team data — team membership, invitations and review actions by team leaders.

2. How we use data

• To provide the Service: transcribe audio, extract fields with AI models, generate summaries and translations, store and display your reports.
• To operate teams: show submitted reports to your team leader and route notifications.
• To improve the Service, provide support, send service notices and, with your consent, product updates.
• To comply with law and protect our rights and users.

3. AI processing

Audio, images and text you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and Google) to perform transcription, extraction and translation. These providers process the data on our instructions and do not use it to train their models under our agreements. Processing happens at the time you submit content and the result is stored in your account.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) your team leader, for reports you submit; (b) sub-processors that host and operate the Service (Supabase for database and storage, Vercel for hosting, AI providers as above, email delivery providers); (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Our sub-processors may store data in the United States or the European Union. We rely on contractual safeguards with those providers. By using the Service you acknowledge such transfers.

6. Retention

Content stays in your account until you delete it or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, reports, contacts, templates and files immediately; backups are purged within 30 days. Usage logs are kept for up to 12 months.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security so that users see only their own data, team leaders see only submitted reports from their members, and administrators are bound by confidentiality obligations.

8. Your rights

Subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and other applicable laws, you may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Most of this you can do in Settings; for anything else email support@voizz.ai. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office or your local authority.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session security, and local storage for app preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

11. Changes

We will post updates to this policy here and notify you in the app for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
